Aluminum Foil Liner-Free Adhesive Tape
This product is manufactured using pure aluminum foil as the base material. A silicone-based release agent is applied to the back of the base material or the back of the laminated film, while an adhesive is coated on the front side before being rolled into the final product.
Utilizing polymer film and aluminum foil as the primary base materials, the film is first laminated with the aluminum foil. A release agent is then applied to the back of the film, followed by an adhesive coating on the aluminum foil side.
Product Details Features
Compared to aluminum foil tape with release paper, this product eliminates the waste associated with release paper, offering greater convenience during use.
The lamination with polymer film significantly enhances the tape’s corrosion resistance, providing effective chemical protection to the aluminum metal. The use of highly extensible film substrates notably improves both extensibility and tensile strength, reducing the risk of breakage during winding compared to pure aluminum foil tape.
This makes it more suitable for machine application in automated production, ensuring minimal breakage or damage.
It retains all the excellent physical properties of aluminum foil tape with release paper.
Primary Applications
1. Ideal for long-term thermal insulation and sealing in refrigeration systems, evaporators, and condenser pipelines of refrigerators and freezers.
2. Used for fully wrapping thin copper condenser tubes, providing superior protection.
3. Applied to surfaces of automotive interior components, such as PS boards and other plastic panels, for protective purposes.
