This product is constructed with aluminum foil as the primary substrate. The backside of the foil is coated with a VC (Vinyl Composite) material, while the front side is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive and laminated to a release-treated backing material.

Heat-Sealing Capability: The VC backing layer thermally bonds to substrates under heat and pressure, forming a tight, permanent composite structure.

Barrier Properties: Effectively blocks moisture, air, oils, and UV radiation, protecting internal components from environmental degradation.

Durability: Exhibits excellent resistance to high/low temperatures, chemical corrosion, and aging.

Primary Applications

Thermal sealing and fixation of internal heating resistor wires in household appliances.

Insulation and fixation for series/parallel connections of battery cells in packs in new energy batteries. Sealing between battery module covers and casings.
